I love nature - particularly trees and the joy from climbing them and holding them and gazing at the sunlight through the leaves. The growth and newness inspires me. I am in awe of the gracefulness of their death and rebirth each year, though living all the time.
Traveler of life, lover of Christ, joying in all that life gives, here I am. A twenty-something Canadian living in the States for nursing school - hopeful midwife to precious babies not yet dreamed of. Thoughtful among leafless branches against ashen skies, dancing in golden, sun-warmed springtime, looking up and in to the call the Lord has given me.

I'm in nursing school, and I love it, but it's not my life. It's stressful and it makes eating 'normally' hard. As far as life passions? I am going to be a midwife. That is my joy and I am so excited.
And yes, I have an eating disorder. I'm recovering. But it's a journey.
